There is access for campers only to setup on Thursday 23rd July between 12 Noon and 7pm. General access to the site after that is as follows.
Friday 24th July – 10am until 9pm
Saturday 25th July – 10am until 9pm
Sunday 26th July – 10am until 5pm
No, you will have to park/drop off away from the camping field so please bring a trolley to take your camping equipment into the camping field.
Yes absolutely fine. However if your motorhome is a very large model we would recommend you contact us first so we can make provisions. Please see booking arrangements on the website or ticketing site.
There will be tower lights in the camping area which will run during the times of darkness. However we would also recommend you bring torches.
Yes, there are toilets on site. Which will be serviced on the Saturday and Sunday morning. Your own supply of toilet paper would be recommended.
Yes. There will be a chemical waste disposal on site.
Yes. Hot showers are available but you do need to pre-book at the same time you book your tickets.
Yes. There are stand pipes in the camping area and the arena.
There will be disabled toilets in the arena and campsite. There will also be designated parking.
No. Mains power is not available in the camping area.
Unfortunately no parking in the camping area. There is separate area for parking which is very close to the camping. You will be able to off load your tent & camping equipment in the camping field and then move your car to the car park.
No. You will be shown where to pitch.

Yes. Providing the BBQ’s and fire pits are off the ground and attended at all times. Please make sure once finished with they are extinguished properly.
Security guards and Stewards will patrol the site throughout the day and night. The main gate will be locked from 01:00 to 07:00hrs. However we cannot guarantee the security of your camping equipment, vehicle or personal belongings.
No. We have a licensed bar on site which serves an excellent range of real ales, Harvey’s amongst many. Ciders, Stowford Press and Harry Sparrows Aspall for example and a range of lagers. There will be spirits, wine and Prosecco available, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
There will be amnesty bins at the point of entry and you will be asked to surrender any illegal substances, weapons or alcohol in your possession.
No. We have a variety of good quality food outlets available varying from Fish & Chips to Gourmet Burgers. There will be hot drink suppliers and ice creams available. More detailed list of suppliers to follow.
Yes. There will be large wheelie bins available throughout the arena and campsite. We would ask that you are respectful and use the bins and remove your waste when you vacate the camping area and arena. The bins will be emptied as and when required.
Yes. We would ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times in the arena and camping area. Please make sure you clear up any mess left by your dog and it is disposed of in the appropriate bins.
The site will be available to campers from 12:00hrs on Thursday 23rd July. You will need to leave the site by 12:00hrs on Monday 27th July. Day ticket holders will be able to access the arena by 12 noon each day of the festival.
Camping ticket holders can bring a reasonable amount of food and drink for personal consumption into the campsite only e.g. 1 case of 18 beer/lager/cider or up to 1ltr of spirits or 3 bottles of wine
You must bring in your food and alcohol on initial entry
You will ask be asked to leave excess quantities outside the event. You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind.
No food or drink can be taken into the main festival arena. However, we do allow sealed bottles of water up to 750ml and empty unsealed bottles can be brought in to be refilled at the water points.
No glass is allowed anywhere on site, including in Campervans or Caravans. Please decant into plastic containers before you leave home.
The legal age to bring alcohol into the festival is 18+. There is an ID check on entry and any alcohol will be taken off you if you are found to be underage.
